In the ugly glare of Oprah comparing the death of Trayvon Martin to the death of Emmett Till, Glenn Beck is catching up to the horrific murders of Channon Christian (21) and Chris Newsom, Jr. (23) in January 2007. There is no similarity to the way Till died (beaten by at least two white men, an eye gouged-out and a heavy object tied to him before dumping him in a river) and the way Martin died. There are some similarities to the way Channon and Chris died and the way Emmett died in terms of brutality.
Ms. Christian was forced to watch as Mr. Newsom was raped and his genitals cut-off. His body was dumped on a railroad track where he was shot three times, once in the back and twice in the head and then set on fire. That was on Saturday night. His body was not found until the following Monday.
Ms. Christian was the next victim of these 4 or perhaps 5 blacks. A breast was sliced off. She was gang-raped in every way possible. They poured a chemical thought to be bleach all over her body and down her throat to remove DNA evidence. She lived for several hours and was alive when she was put inside 5 trash bags. A Judge later said she may have lived up to 24 hours. She suffocated in a trash can at the home of Lamaricus Davidson, where Christian and Newsom both endured what seems impossible to live through. According to the documentary below, she died with her eyes open.
By June 2013 there had been 7 trials. Read my original report here written in May 2007, just 4 months after I started blogging. The media wasn’t talking about this case. The Duke LaCrosse farce was the only news. I think it fair to say there was little coverage until trials began and then not much. None of those involved were charged with Hate Crimes.
Lemaricus Slim Davidson, age 25 faces a total of 46 charges. Davidson was indicated on 16 counts of Felony Murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping and theft of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. Two counts premeditated murder of Christian and Newsom, 4 counts especially aggravated kidnapping of Christian and Newsom, 20 counts aggravated rape of Christian and Newsom and 2 counts of theft from Christian and Newsom.
Latalvis Rome Cobbins, age 24, faces a total of 46 charges. Cobbins was indicted on 16 counts of Felony Murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping and theft of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. Two counts especially aggravated robbery from Christian and Newsom, 4 counts especially aggravated kidnapping of Christian and Newsom, 20 counts of aggravated rape of Christian and Newsom and 2 counts of theft from Christian and Newsom.
George Detroit Thomas, age 24, faces a total of 46 charges. Thomas was indicated on 16 counts of Felony Murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping and theft of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. Two Counts of premeditated murder of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts especially aggravated robbery from Christian and Newsom, 4 counts especially aggravated kidnapping of Christian and Newsom, 20 counts of aggravated rape of Christian and Newsom and 2 counts of theft from Christian and Newsom.
Vanessa Coleman, age 18, faces a total of 40 Tennessee State charges. Coleman was indicated on 12 Counts of Felony Murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping and theft of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. One count premeditated murder of Christian only, 1 count of especially aggravated robbery of Newsom only, 4 counts especially aggravated kidnapping of Christian and Newsom, 20 counts of aggravated rape of Christian and Newsom and 2 counts of theft from Christian and Newsom.
Eric E Boyd, age 24, was arrested in connection with the carjacking, but faces only federal charges as an accessory after the fact. Read more.
Vanessa Lynn Coleman was not convicted in the murder of Chris Newsom. She is serving a sentence of 35 years, but will be eligible for parole in mid-2017 after being convicted of “anal rape” and the “facilitation of murder” and “kidnapping.”
George Thomas was tried and retried and in June 2013 his attorneys have asked for “either a new sentence or a new sentencing hearing.” He is sentenced to back-to-back life sentences with no parole for the murders of Ms. Christian and Mr. Newsom and 25 years on rape counts. Thirty-eight charges. Thomas was found guilty of all 38 and he was granted a retrial, which you and I paid for and his attorney is wrangling for more from We the People. I believe he will be eligible for parol at the age 75.
Lamariacus Davidson received the death penalty. Apparently Holder hasn’t had a chance to vacate that sentence.
Letalvis Cobbins (Davidson’s step brother) - sentenced to life without parole.
Eric Boyd is serving an 18 year sentence. Boyd was convicted of being an accessory to a fatal carjacking, concealing the crime from law enforcement and hiding Lemariacus Davidson after the crime. He is still considered a suspect in the murders.

No hate crime here, none last week in Bayport. The press has no regard for Christians or for the most part, religion. Just look at Tim Tebow. Not that he’s a good quarterback but he’s been crucified in the media and portrayed as some religious nut. The media hated seeing him pray. They hated his Christian beliefs and they mocked him every chance they got.
So it’s no surprise they could care less about these 2 people. They two innocent Christians are not part of their progressive, atheistic agenda. You see, progressives don’t want people to rely on themselves or religion as Obama pointed out: “clinging to guns and religion”. They want people to only rely on government for their support. In order to destroy the guns and religion, the government and media thrust gun control laws down our throat and marginalize religion. You see their plan now. It’s spelled out nicely by Obama’s comment.They want control- total control. The very thing our forefathers warned us about.

Heinous torture, unendurable mutilation, and inconceivable brutality no human should ever inflict upon another done by five rabid animals hating on whites they didn’t even know in the U.S. mimicking the worst of Third World barbarism. Then lawyers inflict unnecessary pain upon the murdered victims’ families yet again as if to say sit down and shut up and submit.
As far as the elitist Oprah goes, she is nothing more than a chronic liar, a tabloid celebrity without credibility, a narcissist stuck on herself with an airbrushed-off 100 pounds monthly magazine cover, a participant in critical race theory negating her past.
