ah - there is nothing in the Constitution about suspending the Constitution. Good thing too.
Even a bunch of leftoids are blabbering about the Bill of Rights. Even on WBAI Gary Noll was trashing obamacare as made up by insurance lobbyists and pharma types. heck, I was writing to rep John Hall about that 5 years ago, not that it did any good.

Progressives have been in control of the state for so long that they’ve probably already lost most of the rights in the Bill of Rights. I’m sure the Unions and the politicians have them convinced its all for the good of the collective.

Please tell me that he had to approach at least a hundred people for every one whom he got to sign. I fear this is not the case.

So basically a whole bunch of moronic CA leftists, who obviously supported Obama, and one very smart military vet. These are called low info voters, and are the part of the 51% that the des tell us give them the right to run our destiny. And then they have the gall to say repub voters are stupid.

The thought occurs— and I suspect it would in fact be borne out— that if you presented a petition prepared in even a half-baked-clever way, requiring the slow & painful liquidation of anyone who has ever recreated on a beach, they’d eagerly sign said petition….

Very disheartening that thought.
