Yesterday the House voted on an amendment to the Defense spending bill offered by Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) that would have cut funding for the NSA’s data collection program. Leadership of both parties voted against it, and it was voted down 205-217. You might be surprised who voted for it, and who didn’t.
