It’s always the same thing. Every day is just like the other days. There’s some crisis. President Obama screeches about the crisis at campaign stops, makes outrageous demands and refuses to negotiate with anyone. This fiscal cliff business is just the latest example. Not only is he refusing to raise revenue by simplifying the tax code and closing loopholes, (you’d think he wouldn’t care how he gets the money, as long as he gets it, but no…) he’s demanding unlimited power to raise the debt ceiling whenever he wants with no input from Congress. He acts like the debt limit is just some arbitrary thing put in his way by his opponents, and not a mechanism that is supposed to be in place to prevent what has happened to the federal budget over the past four years. Oh, wait, I’m sorry, he still thinks he has a political mandate to spend our children into the collective poor house. But if he really did have a mandate, why didn’t the voters just turn over control of the House to the Democrats and let them have at it?buy klonopin online
