Wisconsin Recall Election: Big Union Joins Corrupt Judiciary to Attack Key Republicans

Freedom of choice is at stake in the Wisconsin recall election. The issue is over Governor Scott Walker’s and Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch’s leadership in restoring economic parity for the state’s budget. Last summer, national attention was focused on the state budget battle in which the state legislature wrested control of teacher compensation from union control to the fiscally responsible control of state government.

What was the monetary benefit of the reforms enacted by the Wisconsin State Legislature?

See: “The war on Wisconsin; Update: Sarah Palin’s call to arms” (Michelle Malkin.com)

“Walker and the GOP majority ended the union compulsory dues racket, allowed workers to choose whether to join a union, curtailed costly bargaining rights and enacted pension and health contribution requirements to bring the government in line with private-sector practices. The Walker reform law helped prevent massive layoffs in public education by saving tens of millions of dollars in bloated benefits bills. Ending the state union monopoly on teachers’ health insurance plans allowed dozens of school districts to switch their coverage to more competitive bidders.

The free-market MacIver Institute reports that at least 25 school districts did so, saving the districts more than $200 per student. Hundreds of millions more in savings are in the works as school districts and local governments turn deficits to surpluses. And Walker’s actions have nearly wiped out the nearly $3.6 billion deficit he inherited from his free-spending predecessors.”

This power play over union negotiated compensation resulted in international attention over the outcome of the power of the unions vs. of the State of Wisconsin. Walker’s overthrow of illegal union power led to the use of Alinsky inspired tactics to be used in the recall process.

“Breitbart.com has learned that teachers in Wisconsin have been attending routine training workshops with the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), a radical organization founded by Saul Alinsky in 1940.

In a video produced by the MacIver Institute, organizers are seen arriving at a March 17 training session with the Wisconsin Education Association Council, Wisconsin’s state teachers union.

Teachers’ unions led last year’s protests in Wisconsin against collective bargaining reforms, and are now heavily involved in the effort to recall Republican Gov. Scott Walker. In addition to Alinskyite groups, the recall effort has attracted the support of radicals such as unrepentant domestic terrorist Bill Ayers.”

The recall election process has highlighted the extent of foul play that the teacher’s union is willing to engage in to try to steal the recall election and bring down key players in the Wisconsin State government. Many of the signatures received during the recall process were obvious fakes, but Walker declined to engage in a court challenge of this incident due to more important roles that he oversees as governor. However, the message is clear, the unions will stop at nothing to regain their illicit power in Wisconsin.

The MS media has chosen to ignore the outright unethical power play in the Wisconsin courts system to allow voter fraud in the recall election. A judge exercised his authority to suspend current voter ID laws during the recall election. The problem with this ruling is the same judge signed the Walker recall petition! This is clearly a conflict of interest issue that must be legally resolved.

Judge in voter ID case signed Walker recall petition,” (Daniel Bice, the Milwaukie Wisconsin Journal Sentinel‘s watchdog columnist)

“The very fact that Dane County Judge David Flanagan signed a petition to recall Governor Walker calls today’s court proceedings regarding Wisconsin’s voter ID law into question,” Sparks said in a statement. “To make matters more troubling, Judge Flanagan also lists Melisa Mulliken, a longtime adviser to Kathleen Falk, as his campaign manager on his official campaign web page.”

Once this situation became known, an additional ethical situation surfaced, revealing that many Wisconsin based journalists signed the recall petitions against Walker.

See: “Dozens of Wisconsin journos sign anti-Walker recall petition, national media yawns” (Michelle Malkin.com). Obviously the concept of fairness in journalism is nonexistent in this recall election!

The war on the right doesn’t end with Governor Walker. As Michelle Malkin reveals, (Follow-up: Have you done your part to fight the Left’s war on Wisconsin and conservative women?)

“This week, I called your attention to the Left’s ongoing war on Wisconsin’s brave fiscal conservative leaders. Yesterday, the state’s Government Accountability Board certified the recall elections against top GOP officials.

Please spread the word — and thanks to all of you have dug into your pockets to help the recall targets. …

The Wisconsin GOP will run protest candidates in all the races to ensure that primaries are held.”

The world will be watching to see if the unethical power of the progressive left will be enough to unseat Republican politicians who seek to assert constitutional control over the union’s attempt to usurp control  of the economies of both the state and federal government.
