Every time we compromise with the Democrats we spend more, we borrow more, and we grow the government.
He’s right, look where compromise has gotten us – more than $15 trillion in debt, annual deficits of over $1 trillion year in and year out and a massive, intrusive government. Despite the many problems facing the nation, DeMint expressed optimism, saying that “America was always a bottom-up country,” and that “It took more than one election to get us in this hole, it will take more than one election to get us out.”buy phentermine online no prescription
Later Senator DeMint met with bloggers and reiterated his warning about compromising with Democrats. “The Democratic Party is tied in to those who want to expand government. They think balancing the budget is extreme.” His criticism wasn’t limited just to the Democrats, saying “Our first battle is with our own party.”buy klonopin online

Earlier DeMint said that a brokered GOP convention was possible this year. One of the bloggers asked if that meant he would be willing to step up and make a run for President. He didn’t say yes, but he didn’t entirely rule it out, either. Wouldn’t that be something?
