This heinous murderer in the name of his religion probably led a double life. Over time and due to events, he began with small “outbursts” that were ignored. He could no longer contain his religious zealotry and now the result is murder and mayhem. As long as there are instigators and inciting Imams, we will have this to deal with. Identification was and is key and our national intelligence failed us miserably.
