Must See Video: Judge Napolitano on the death of federalism and our freedom
ByJudge Andrew Napolitano filled in for Glenn Beck today. He spoke with Dr. Kevin Gutzman and Thomas Woods about the unconstitutional actions of our federal government. They discussed how we went from a limited government to what we have today, an all powerful central government. The answer to the problem lies within the States – either through a constitutional convention or nullification. At the end Napolitano talked to Michael Cannon from the Cato Institute about ObamaCare and how it adversely will impact younger Americans.
The second video is the Judge explaining how, with few exceptions, American presidents have violated the Constitution with abandon. Perhaps none worse than Franklin D. Roosevelt, who held freedom and liberty in utter contempt. He and Damon Root detailed some of FDR’s worst offenses. (Our current president has much in common with FDR.)

I have been singing this tune about nullification or a Constitutional Convention for almost a year now. I have written to my state senators, representatives and others. I have two personal friends in the Statehouse in Montgomery, Alabama (I live in Alabama) who are senators. I have written motions, proposed legislation, laid out a perfect case for nullification. No response whatsoever.
This is a very frustrating thing for me and, I am sure, many other Americans who see that this is the answer and this is, ultimately, what must be done. If we fail to take this step, we are doomed.
