House Sets Vote on Health Care Bill for Saturday at 6PM
ByThe House is set to vote on PelosiCare this Saturday at 6:00 PM. Are they hoping Americans will be busy going about their weekend routines and won’t notice what they’re doing to us? The 1,990 page bill apparently wasn’t long enough and didn’t tax enough. So they added a 42 page amendment along with a new tax on biofuels.
Rep. McCotter wasn’t kidding when he said “this obstinate, arrogant” Congress will stop at nothing to pass legislation the people don’t want. And Michele Bachmann wasn’t lying when she said we only have days to stop this “crown jewel of socialism.”
Even if you can’t make it to Washington, you can still do something. It’s time to jam the phone lines of our so-called representatives in Congress and let them know they will be held accountable for their votes.
