Video: Sen. John Cornyn not welcome at Texas Tea Party
ByI don’t like the idea of politicians showing up at Tea Parties, especially Republicans that voted for TARP. Apparently, neither do the people of Texas, who booed Senator John Cornyn when he spoke. Unless these politicians show up hat-in-hand to apologize for their complicity in wrecking this republic of ours they should just stay home.

You have to remember that this is Austin. I know that some politicians were bummed that they couldn’t speak, but this comes down to an issue of trust. And many of us active in this new party are not open to trusting some of those who have said one thing and done another. Actions speak louder than words. He needs to show us some action in the right direction.
I’d be having words with the person who invited him to speak, and if he showed up uninvited, he could forget my vote entirely.
But then, I’m considered a right wing radical full of crazy notions. Such as upholding the constitution and BoR, you know, wild and crazy stuff like that. If you piss on my toes, don’t show up at my party and take the mic, so you can lie some more. You get your sorry butt noticed by the MSM for going against everything government now stands for, make some waves, and you might have a chance. Maybe.
