Why vote for Dan Maffei, or any Democrat for Congress for that matter? Let me count the reasons!

1-You despise the First Amendment to the Constitution and want free speech wiped out with the Fairness Doctrine. You also despise the Second Amendment. Only criminals should have guns.

2-You believe the Constitution is a living, breathing document and you hope someone finally kills it once and for all.

3-You don’t believe employees have the right to a secret ballot when deciding on unionizing. You prefer that thugs show up at employees’ doors and make them sign a card. Read the rest of this entry »

In a speech Barack Obama said that those of use who don’t sign on to his economic plans are selfish. Has anyone noticed that it’s his side that loves Darwin and survival of the fittest?

Obama is now raffling off tickets to his election night party. If it’s such a sure thing, why does he need to break laws in order to make more than the $600+ million he’s raised? (As opposed to McCain, who stood by his pledge to accept less than $90 million in public campaign financing. Gee-Couldn’t Obama have helped more people with more than $500 million than running a bunch of infomercials?)

Stocks had their biggest gain this week since 1974? Could it have something to do with Obama slipping in the polls?

Remember Joe the Plumber, who was smeared by the Obama campaign and the press because he asked Barack Obama a question when Barack Obama showed up on his street? It seems an employee of the State of Ohio was ordered to run a check on Mr. Wurzelbacher. And you think George Bush is bad?

Barack Obama has enjoyed a nice lead in the polls for quite some time. He’s been the ultimate stealth candidate. But his slips, and those of his surrogates seem to be catching up to him. Tonight’s headline on Drudge Report is giving those of us on the right a sigh of relief.

ZOGBY SATURDAY: McCain outpolled Obama 48% to 47% in Friday, one day, polling. He is beginning to cut into Obama’s lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Joe the Plumber may get his license after all…

America, I know you’re busy. So am I. But this is the most important election in any of our lifetimes.

Is the American political system a mess? Yes! Absolutely! But are we going to turn our country over to the most liberal politician in America today, with no reigns? Please, for the sake of our children, let the answer be “no!” Just say no!

Let’s start paying attention. Let’s hold our politicians accountable. John McCain promised to name names, and if he doesn’t we’ll hold his feet to the fire. But please, America, think about what you are doing when you step into the voting booth on Tuesday. This is not an issue of Democrat vs. Republican. This is an issue of freedom vs. servitude.

The Obama campaign has been pushing hard for early voting. Why is that? Could it be that every day Obama, Biden and their surrogates leak a little more about what life will be like under an Obama administration?

Joe Biden warned us that our enemies in the world will test Barack Obama and Obama’s response will be wildly unpopular. He’s also lowered the bar for middle class, it was $250,000, then $200,000 and last week it was $150,000.

Bill Richardson just told us “What Obama wants to do is he is basically looking at $120,000 and under among those that are in the middle class, and there is a tax cut for those.” How low will it go?

Barack Obama has said he wants to spread the wealth around, but now he’s trying to lower expectations of the masses, since any idiot knows life will not improve for Americans under Barack Obama.

The most telling of all of the slip ups of Obama surrogates came from Rep. Marcy Kaptur (watch video) when she introduced Senator Obama at a campaign rally. She said we will have a second Bill of Rights. For this gang the first Bill of Rights wasn’t good enough. Read the rest of this entry »

If you only have time to read one thing between now and election day, I urge you….make that beg you, to read The Cloward-Piven Strategy, Part III: Conspiracy of the Lemmings by Jim Simpson. It’s a bit long so print it and read it at your liesure. It’s far scarier than any movie you may watch this Halloween.

By now you’ve heard about Barack Obama’s past associations, but if you haven’t been following closely you may not know the significance of those associations or why it’s so important for the American people to know this information. Simpson has again tied everything together for you. Read the article. If you have doubts click on the many links he’s provided backing up his assertions.

This election may well be the most important in our nation’s history. An Obama presidency could not come at a worse time. The world economy stands on the edge of an abyss. If enacted, Obama’s socialist class warfare economic policies will push it right over the edge and we could see the nightmare scenario outlined above come to fruition.

And now I’ll tell you why I think they have pulled out all the stops. From eye-popping, unprecedented bias in the media to biased opinion polls, from unprecedented levels of questionable donations, including illegal foreign money flowing into Obama’s campaign coffers, to astronomical levels of voter registration fraud, there has never been an election season like this. They are going for broke because they believe that this is the last time they will ever have to do it. With majorities in both houses of Congress and a leftist in the White House, they will finally own the store completely. They are hoping to never have to give it up again.

When Obama said, “We are the ones We have been waiting for,” he was talking about “we the communists.”

Please, read the entire article before you vote on Tuesday and share it with everyone you know. Why hasn’t the press done their job and vetted this man? Why is he so unkown to so many of us, other than the carefully crafted image he wants us to see? This is the future of all of us, our children and our grandchildren. 

If you care about liberty and freedom vote for John McCain or Sarah Palin. If you’re a life long Democrat and can’t bring yourself to vote for a Republican you can leave the Presidential line blank or vote for Bob Barr or  Ralph Nader. But how can you read this article and not come away with reasonable doubt about Barack Obama’s (and Nancy Pelosi) ideology, motive or plans?

Three newspapers that have endorsed Senator John McCain have had their reporters kicked off the Obamaplane.

Fox News spoke to the Washington Times executive editor. The Times has been travelling with the Obama campaign since 2007.

“I can only hope that the candidate who describes himself as wanting to unite the nation doesn’t have some sort of litmus test for who he decides gets to cover the campaign,” Solomon said, noting that the Obama campaign’s decision came just two days after the paper endorsed McCain.

The New York Post and Dallas Morning News also have been kicked off Obama’s plane, according to the Web site The Drudge Report. It said the three reporters were told to find alternative transportation by Sunday so that the plane could accommodate “network bigwigs” and reporters from two black magazines, Essence and Jet. Some time ago I wrote “The Politics of Hope” discussing Obama’s promises of hope and change and the danger of failing to deliver. This is not an isolated opinion and now the Obama campaign has started to back off on their promises to begin “adjusting expectations”.

The Times of London has posted an article outlining how Obama will try to minimize the effects of his messianic campaign promises. The article entitled, “Barack Obama lays plans to deaden expectation after election victory” outlines what is common knowledge here in Europe, Obama has promised what he can’t deliver.

“Barack Obama’s senior advisers have drawn up plans to lower expectations for his presidency if he wins next week’s election, amid concerns that many of his euphoric supporters are harbouring unrealistic hopes of what he can achieve. ”

Listening to politicians and pundits would lead one to believe that life here in the United States is absolutely rotten and getting worse by the day. Barack Obama’s been saying that for months, and he believes the only way to cure all of our problems is to elect him, The One. He’ll wave his magic redistribution wand and the whole world will be a better place.

But seriously, just how bad is it, really? Most people I know are doing okay. Gas prices are down which is a good thing. People are a little nervous about the stock market, but the market fluctuates. We keep hearing about how the Bradley effect may change the outcome of the presidential campaign. Some believe Americans are just a bunch of secret racists. I’m not buying that. Sure, in a country with 300 million people there are racists. There are a lot of “ists” out there. They probably cancel each other out.

What I haven’t heard much about is the effect the P.U.M.A. voters will have on the election. I happen to be related to a few. I don’t know if they call themselves P.U.M.A.’s, but after the coverage of the Democratic primaries they were disgusted. They were angry at Hillary Clinton’s treatment by the media and the Obama campaign. They started watching Fox News and realized that Fox wasn’t so bad after all.
