Six Days in America
Barack Obama’s campaign spending is equal to the GDP of some countries. He’s a media darling, portrayed as a God from Heaven sent here to save the world. Oprah Winfrey, the most popular woman in America, introduced and endorsed the boy wonder of Kansas/Hawaii/Kenya/Chicago, calling him “brilliant!” The world community embraced him. The only thing missing is a band of angels.
Along comes Sarah Palin, Maveric John McCain’s running mate. She’s the tough as nails Governor from Alaska. Hockey mom, beauty queen, reformer, moose hunter and self described pit bull. One thing is certain, she’s nothing like your typical politician. She stepped into the national spotlight and the media went mad. The left wing blog rumor mill revved into overdrive. How would the Governor from Alaska survive the onslaught?
Why, she would give a speech of course! A speech watched by more Americans than that of the revered golden child. And much to the surprise of the elite media and the SanFran liberals, the speech was brilliant. Within 6 short days Sarah Palin went from unknown to more popular than The One.
Isn’t America a beautiful country?

It’s a fantastic feat! It’s just too bad some can’t embrace that as an example of how the American dream can come to it’s fruition. For some reason people are somehow afraid of it.
